Shipping policy

Shipping can take up to 5 - 21 Business days depending on what you order. NOT including weekends and orders aren’t sent out on Holidays.  10-25 Business days during high volume times if you place a order during a Sale. 
Once an order is Shipped you will receive a tracking number. If you don’t receive a tracking number that means your order has not yet shipped or check your spam folder.  Orders do not ship until they are fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration. 

Was my order received

once you place a order you will, receive a confirmation email with a order number stating your order has been received. So please make sure your email is correct upon checkout, if it is wrong unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about a wrong email. 


How do I change or cancel my order? 

We are sorry Every custom order is a final sale and we can not change or cancel the order once it has been placed. So please make sure that all the details are correct before placing your order. 

Can I return or exchange an item?

No Exchanges ONLY returns are accepted for any damage product ONLY. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at mrs.tee@tinylittleblessings.org, with a picture of the damaged items and a picture of label for proof of purchase within 48 hours of receiving the items no exceptions.

 I received the wrong order or missing item or items, what do I do?

Any order discrepancies MUST be emailed to us with 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure you add the shipping label in the email as proof of purchase along with the items you did receive and what items you didn’t receive.
